Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never post or offer the things which you cannot keep...I've seen many companies not like this one...To be precise, I've never seen a branch(Uppal) which is very lazy .This branch needs a HR who can actually work.Also managers has to be changed in timely manner for any process.. Cause, they call people in bulk and hire in numbers. No respect for the ladies or the timings given to them. Never ever go for Sutherland,cause they don't have professionals. Rather working for these companies with a minimum wages, it's better to abandon these petty companies.....No value for experienced people...
