Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Aptitude test
Experience: You wont find the aptitude hard if you were good with it all along. You dont need any special preparation for it. Diploma students may have to keep in touch with the things they missed out on (which I think is really unfair). The technical part was a breeze.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: There were a total of 150+ candidates from 3 colleges. After the aptitude and technical test, around 40 were selected for the group discussion round. The topic I got was GST and how would it affect the nation. I had little idea of the topic but after listening to the other guys
speak I got to know that they knew less than me. Just stay confident and if possible make yourself the centre of the conversation like I did, kind of helps. After this, 20 of us were selected for a combined technical and hr interview. Most of the interview depends on your resume so make sure it is good and try not to lie in the resume.
Duration: 45 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: normal questions were asked by the HR and it got over in 18mins
