Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: This was the first round eligible branches were civil mechanical and chemical engg.This was simple round where we people at NIT warangal should atleast have Cgpa till the end of second year to be greater than 8.0 at the scale of 10.78 ppl among 200 applicants got shortlisted.I was one among them.
Tips: maintain your cgpa >8 and good percentage at +2 level for NIT'ians.

Round: Test
Experience: there were 12 questions from aptitude section surprisingly there were 2 reasoning sections containing 36 questions in one section and 30 questions in another section and last section which is an important one Technical section contained 40 questions.These questions were so designed that it will definitely test your speed and level of thinking.
Tips: the only suggestion I would like to give is don't panic and keep your mind calm while answering these questions because if your mind is tension free you get fresh ideas this suggestion according to me is going to work on many freshers.
Duration: 1 hour 35 minutes
Total Questions: 118

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: 30 ppl got selected these round among 78 from the online test we were divided into 4 groups.In my group, there were 7 ppl and the topic was case study we were given clues like puzzle and we all have to solve and arrive at summarizing the given huddle within 60 mins.As soon as I got my clues the started the GD with my ideas then after 3 mins others also gave their ideas I also got many new ideas by listening to others view and at last I summarized based on all the opinions and got conclusion.
Tips: remember always give others chance to speak out, never arrive at arguments and always listen to others opinion because it opens up our mind to perceptional ideas and last but not least try to summarise in easy language.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Basically my interview was mostly HR based because when I entered the interview panel without any hesitation I pointed out that my technical part is little bit weak and I am targeting at the position of managing director for which we don't require technical knowledge actually interviewer was very much influenced by this answer and then asked me various questions mentioned above.
Tips: the main point to be focused here is any interviewer keeps an eye on your confidence level, softness in your communication, attitude, adaptability, frankness, spontaneity and also the way you listen to him do remember your postures and gesture also matter a lot positive attitude should always be maintained in any circumstance.
