Job Title: Manager - Marketing Communication

Reports to: National Manager (Marketing)

Job purpose:

Manager - Marketing Communication will be responsible for design, implementation, and management of range of online and offline communication and Branding strategies in line with Saint-Gobains Corporate guideline and reach effectively and efficiently to the targeted customers pertaining to INSULATION Business. She should learn and understand products, application, and customers need to support content development.

Principal Accountabilities:(Business/People/Customer/ Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• To create awareness on Saint-Gobain Insulation brand across all segments Building, Industry, HVAC, OEM, Mobility, and Residential.
• To implement and expand multi-platform communication strategy in line with corporate guidelines.
• Drive BTL & Events to maximise on ground visibility and business impact.
• Result oriented digital strategy & implementation to enhance digital visibility and followership
  

Marcom

• To create and update product catalogues, presentation and other collateral documents related to customer communication.
• To standardise design and layout of all technical documents.
• To work closely with Segment Managers to create product awareness, comparison, installation & fabrication

BTL & Events

• Annual planning for specific exhibitions in targeted sectors with pre and post exhibition activities

including invite, stall set up, demonstrations, leads collation

• Calendarize, shortlist and negotiate for promotional items with annual gifting plan and implementation
• Planning and execution of customer and employee engagement events

Digital

• Streamline and expand all digital platforms of communication/promotion including Email marketing.
• Activities related to Website/content management/ modification, and blog writing.
• Preparation of holistic quarterly digital calendar in advance and its execution.
• Planning and implementation digital campaigns to enhance reach, and engagement.

Others

• Corporate milestones to be celebrated with relevant materials and event.
• Factory and office branding to enable company-wise communication.
• Development of PR articles for segment specific magazines.
• Updating utility items such as stationary and visiting cards as and when required.

SKILL SET

• Ability to understand product, system, customers, segment, and market need.
• Good understanding of Digital marketing and its metrics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Willingness to lead on-site exhibition preparation and relevant activities
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead initiative in dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal skill

Key Performance Indicators(Qualitative/ Quantitative)

• Website & SEO : Keyword Rankings, Website Traffic , Bounce Rate, Average Session Duration
• Social Media: Follower growth, Engagement rate, Impressions, Reach, Traffic.
• Promotion : Exhibition Participations, No of collaterals , Annual budgeting
