Job Summary :

Saint-Gobain Weber seeks a Business Development Manager for the Waterproofing Division to handle project sales, key accounts, and business development within the waterproofing or construction chemicals sector. The role involves engaging with architects, contractors, builders, and developers, managing key projects, and expanding the company's market presence.

Responsibilities :

• Drive sales and manage key accounts in the waterproofing/construction chemicals segment.

• Build relationships with architects, contractors, and builders to secure large infrastructure projects.

• Identify new business opportunities and markets.

• Provide technical expertise on waterproofing solutions and products.

• Negotiate and close high-value contracts.

• Conduct market research and support project execution.

Required Skill set :

• Project Sales of Buildings, Industry, Infra & Govt sectors (waterproofing, Sealants, Refurbishment, Gypsum Drywalls, Ceiling, Insulation Products).

• Should have technical knowledge on construction chemical products, Building material industry. He should have good market connect with Major Builders/Contractors/ Consultants / Client / Applicators.

• Experience in Sales of Construction Chemical products; (waterproofing, Sealants, Refurbishment, Gypsum Drywalls, Ceiling, Insulation Products)
