Round 1 - Assignment 

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Saadaa's recruitment process. It was unnecessary prolonged, disorganized, and unprofessional . After submitting my application n December 16, I had an initial call with the recruiter the same day, followed by a rescheduled HR interview. The interview with the founder on December 27 gave me no clear direction or feedback.

I had to wait for days just to get a response about the next steps, which created unnecessary uncertainty. The feedback i received was not constructive or helpful but rather discouraging, making me feel undervalued. It's clear the they are just building a database of candidates without a genuine intent to hire anyone.

Overall, it felt like a waste of time, and I would not recommend engaging with this company. They do not seem serious about hiring and have a very unprofessional recruitment process.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not waste your time applying at Saadaa. The entire recruitment process is a poorly managed and highly unprofessional. You can see that all there jobs are open from past 3 weeks, approx. 30 days which is not at all a good sign that they are serious about hiring anyone for any role. After clearing multiple rounds, I faced long delays with little to no communication. The final interview with the co-founder was not only delayed by 30-40 minutes but also left me with discouraging and unhelpful feedback, including being told I wouldn't last more then a few moths at the company---- extremely disrespectful.

I requested a virtual assessment due to my current commitments, but was told it was mandatory to attend in person without any flexibility, which shoes complete lack of consideration for candidates.

Saadaa's hiring process lacks lacks transparency, and they clearly don't value candidates' time. Save yourself the frustration and look for opportunities elsewhere where your time and effort will be respected.
