Round: Group Discussion
Tips: A lot of redundant points (those which go without saying or are unnecessary, like extra shifts to match targets) are needlessly thrown about. It is easy to go on with the flow, but a unique (keep it simple, though) perspective is almost certainly rewarded. Since everyone is hankering after the chance to speak, make sure that you make the most out of the few you get. If you feel that the conclusion is not solid enough (happens when group members try to play safe and appear to be in agreement), grab the opportunity to add a few of your own, which need not necessarily contradict the main conclusion.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Almost everyone who had a decent resume was shortlisted.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The group discussion topic was a very popular topic and everyone had ample points to speak and thus people who guided the group to a proper conclusion made through this round.
Tips: If the topic is very common then try to speak at a slightly higher frequency and creatively. Also, in such simple topics it is always an advantage to approach it in a structured manner.
Duration: 25 Minutes minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Try to keep the panel interested in you throughout your answer. Apart from the basic details about yourself, you can connect all dots in your life till now and present it in crisp form.
Tips: Don't go in-depth about any of your resume points(PoRs/Projects). Just give them the important points and engage them to ask you more about it.

General Tips: Try to show them all your good points in a short period of time. Practice speaking a day before the answers for few common questions.
Skill Tips: I was not asked any technical question but the other panel did ask questions on basic Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer. Revise basic concepts in Fluid mechanics, Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics for worst case scenario.
