Hi, I have received an Offer from LTIMINDTREE, and there offering 24L(5Yoe) P3, 21.8L as Fixed and 2L as variable pay monthly. Client is Amazon I also have another offer with HTC, have two questions on the vp. The HR is trying to say that the VP is like non performance, regardless of performance you'll get it unless other companies which offer it based on performance...is this tru ?
