Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There are four rounds. First round is HR round ,where the HR will see our resume and ask questions if possible. It is short and second round is versant round which is in 2 phases, one is voice test and the other is Pearson versant test. After that, there is OPS round with the manager. If he is busy, then it will be telephonic. I am extremely disappointed by the way they treated the candidates. After finishing the first round and second round in home environment, there is no reply from them and after one month, they are calling to attend the interview from the first round.they didn't even know for which job I have been already interviewed for. I need to remind them everything. After finishing the first and second round for the second time. There came a call that ops round is telephonic and it will be conducted within 2 days. But even after waiting for one week and preparation,there is no call and after who knows how long they again called me and told me that I have to attend the interview from the first round and that's third time i was asked to attend the same round again and again. It was extremely irresponsible. They have no regard for the candidates who come for interview. My kind request, is that if you don't want to select a candidate,then tell them through mail or message that they are not selected. Don't ask them to attend the interviews again and again and treat them as if they have no other work other than this.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It's not that difficult you have to be confident when you are giving your answers stay positive don't feel shy or nervous this will leave a negative impact on interviewer ....you have to stay energetic when you are giving your interview .....I hop this will help uh guys
