Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My friend shares my contact number with HR.Prashanth.. He called me for interview for several times before even attending interview I have explained about the salary I am expecting from them. He was agree on that too and finally I attend the interview and the interview went smooth, especially with HR Khushi and VP Ravi(I am not sure it is exactly the same name). After I got selected Mr.Prashant call me for salary discussions and he says that they will not able to give the salary what I am expecting... I got very upset already on this point as I already informed my expectations and they agree in that too. Any how I agree on their offer and he gave me his email I.D to send my joining documents to release the offer letter... On Saturday due to some medical emergency of my family member I was in hospital so that I didn't send him the documents on next day so I did update him the situation and Informed him that I will send the documents by Monday. The response from Mr.Prashanth is totally showing that. He informed me that position is given to another candidate and he is going to by Monday... by listening this I mean are you guys serious??? With in 2 days Saturday Sunday you gave my position to another candidate with my knowledge. Even of you hiring someone you can atleast follow with the candidate whom you selected already... It was waste of time and really horrible experience from my end... I request to the Hr management to look into this.... cause this will effect your company/organization in future. Mr.Prashanth was not a co-operative dude at all...
