Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't join this organization. This organization was completely fraud. They not pay my two months salary. The work culture of this organization was horrible. They give lot of promises but non of them was fulfill. They put huge pressure on their employees and they use bad languages as well. As example in job advertisement they said they will provide travel allowance but after interview and join the company they will tell you their is no travel allowance provided for sales executives. Just think if doing field job and your salary was 10-12k you have to travel whole day by bus or any public transport or your own two wheeler but couldn't get any travel allowance. If you unable to fulfill your target then next month your salary will be stopped by them this is the most important thing.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Good comonay .. Excellent incentive structure.. But on a personal note my experience was very bad due to my reporting manger. He used to threan me. Sexually harassed me..i am the top perfomer in my vertical. But unfortunately my reporting manager makes my life hell. He used to abuse me time to time.. And unfortunately at that time nobody is there to help. I have no problem with the company. Company is very supportive and good. Manager name: adil shah : vertical Ecommerce. 🙏🙏
