Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or telecalling.
  
• Strong knowledge of Kannada language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
