Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They are just calling and reaching to mobile industry employees and trying to gather all process , tool and info , they will take 2 rounds ,but the motive will be just to know the process and tool. Final will be HR if you got selected there they will congratulate you and they will not contact you after that , 4-5 people they did same they will also say we will release offer letter. At the end when you will reach them they will say CMO , VP , HOD is not approving or he is not available you will have one more round and that will never happen. Worst hiring and management. No job security.
