Nothing a such.

Dislikes

No work life balance in recruitment team. They give 3%hike on salary each year. No promotion, No learning. They ask to work on Sundays without comp off. On paper it's 5 days working, but the recruitment team is working for 6 days, sometimes on Sundays as well.

The only thing I like working at Teleperformance is my job. I always feel a little compromised in terms of salary, company culture but happy that I have a job. Nothing great about working here.

The list is comprehensive. Inside-out, I know Teleperformance from top to bottom. Trust me, whether you're in Operations, Training, L&D, Human Resources, or another industry. It stinks! The company has a big name and a lot of international (digital) fame, but it has antiquated management that dates back to Serco and is cultureless. Imagine you want to develop a strong culture and the best working environment with a very low budget recruit. How is that even possible? At the very least, the budget for support workers should be very high because they are the company's flag bearer and face. Paying them 2.2Lacs a year and expecting wonderful things from them is not a reasonable expectation. In fact, if they are lucky enough to recruit good people, these folks are so lazy that they will hire a new person but not retain the present talent. If you are seeking for a job, please keep in mind that this is the last company you should be considering.

1. No salary issue 2. Training is good for new commers

Dislikes

Seniors are not to helpful with their employees and forcing them to do work in such conditions where they can’t specaially in medical conditions. Just forcing them to do work and this way employee feel stressed and depressed and negative experience against the company. For example- Employee admitted in hospital then senior force to do work and send daily base medical reports which is illegal to send personal medical reports. Even after sharing propf of medical then also warning to login and force to work. this must not be there. As an employee most probably as a human being in future may be any situation can be occur which could be not under control. So for this some steps should be taken so that employee feel like family. And if an employee complaint against it then senior also not listening to his/her employee, it must not be there for betterment for company environment.
