Over all good experience for working in TP. Shift timing was good.

...ment does not address the issues which are raised them . Hr are not cooperative. Salary is very low. Appraisal is negligible. No career growth. Other training are not provided . No Saturday off, despite of clients/ Business is shut on Saturday. Some people did not have related experience or degree but work in the process. Don’t know on the basis of what they are selected. Transport is very bad. Cabs are not on time specially if u are in night shifts.

The main purpose of working with Majorel is on different and exciting projects. I worked with two different projects and I learnt a alot

The salary part which is not acceptable at all. What I believe that in those two years I contribute a lot and gave my best but I was expecting a better hike on my salary which is not happened and working with same salary for two years is not chance of survive

In Teleperformance there is career growth is very slow and some process where salary package is very low and a candidate belongs to other states have problems to survive.

Friendly Working environment, good infrastructure.. Providing training for how can we growth and motivational training.. For short term period its good option..

Salary standard is not good. Appraisals never satisfied you.. Cafeteria is too costly and service or quality is not good..
