First thing is there is no proper appraisal system, means lack of motivation and they operate 6 days in week with 3rd saturday off in the month, you work role is not defined, so even if you are working round the clock, you just can't justify your work in the appraisal meeting.

worst company, nothing to like in this company,they can not give you single one day to show your performance, Bad management, full with politics,no work culture, no work life balance, nothing to learn, no job security,,,,nothing is in favour of empolyee, it was a bad decision of my life to work there.

Don't demean the word 'company' by associating it with hitech international. To me, Hitech International is that fraud which hasn't yet been discovered. And the day isn't far away when this fraudulent shop will be shut forever. Anybody who's thinking of getting a job there, please don't go there for the love of god, you'll regret for the rest of your life.

Everything, every damn think. They have people in HR who can't even write a grammatically correct sentence. They don't have anything life PF and all. And on top of that, they will make you sign an unconditional bond that you can't leave their company for 3 years. And if you do, they will slap you with numerous kinds of cases. They are basically thugs in disguise. The director of the company, mukul sareen, doesn't let you do your work. Infact he'll through you off your work with his foolish ideas and endeavours. He is the most delusional man i have ever met in my life. From tip to toe, everything in that firm is a fraud, every product, every commitment, everything is a big fat fraud. All they do is copy some random design and tech from a foregin company. Like we have a cheap Chinese copy of everything in the market. They make the copy of that Chinese product. Imagine! They don't have any certification from any concerned authorities about any of their products. I am still in awe of how this fraud has sustained to this day.
