Job Switch advice
Dotnet fullstack developer with angular. Close to 10 years of experience. I got an offer of 42LPA from a US based product company which is setting up it office in india. The company is not that big, according to linkedin it has 200 to 500 employees overall. I currently work with one of the big 4s with decent wlb and a CTC of 30LPA. The total revenue of the new company is the operating budget of the current budget of my project ? Do you guys think this is worth the switch ?

Worthless training Compensation way below industry average Higher management people will take advantage of you No work life balance Stagnant growth Treating employee as resource Very poor quality work PS: this is my experience at EY india risk advisory. EY GDS is far better than this

Just Brand name and association with it.

Dislikes

Politics and flattery will get you promotions. Hard work and results will result in 6-9% increment yearly and bonus just like everyone else. Average. Despite working in good revenue generating SL if you have a bad hierarchy to report in then nothing good will ever come out of it.

I only like the time to time salary update and nothing else

Dislikes

0 work life balance Not a culture driven company Not good for mental health Unsupportive seniors and they only look for tight deadlines and work on their table no matter you're gonna die or not Lastly I just want to share that never go with the big and fancy names as they fools you with their name only but the harsh truth is you will get a good culture in a 1bhk startup than this organisation

Nothing, Toxic work environment.

Dislikes

The work life balance, learning, career growth, skills development,compensation sucks. Only copy paste work is done here. Leaves are not approved by managers even if you apply 2.5 months before in busy seasons. Employees have to work on Saturdays and on Public Holidays also.
