...s - favouritism and Groupism is rampant. Ask your own contacts at EY to confirm. HR ensures you’re thumbed down on salary, bonus is a non starter. DEI is a tick in the box - there isn’t even a washroom for disabled or gender neutral one. Culture is one where you produce the same old wine in a new bottle and sell it. People are so full of themselves it’s hilarious! Oh and know that below Senior Manager or Director level you’re executing with the same seniority, do not accept a Senior Consultant or Manager role here if you’ve managed a team somewhere else

- Freedom to work as per your own style. Given service delivery quality is not impacted - WFH for engagements that do not require you to travel to Client Side - Good infrastructure and working environment - Good opportunities to improve on skills and acquire knowledge in specific domains - Opportunities to travel based on projects and clients location

Dislikes

...k environment with some level of favouritism - HR always try to low ball you - Salary not as per industry standards - Work distribution depends on how well you know your bosses / clients - Can get stuck to one client or role on loan staff

1. Diversity of projects and clients 2. Lot of on the job learning to increase your skills 3. Good people and environment

1. No work-life balance whatsoever 2. Salary is Ok and Benefits can be a lot better 3. Very client centric, not an employee centric company. No career/earning paths towards becoming experts or SME

Poor work culture, there is do dignity at work, people will ill-treat you just because they are there in the practice for long and have unrealistic expectations... People do not even know how to give actionable feedback. Working days are not fixed - It could be Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday or Sunday to Thursday.... Very difficult to proactively plan anything on the personal end or else every day you keep managing expectations and invest too much energy
