Very bad appraisal structure and compensation benefits, you might join at high salary cap but within a year or so you will be under paid

...ws - Company reviews. Over all every project in this organisation is a spoiler. Do not get attracted to compensation or company. You will regret it.

Avoid this company .. My humble request to all category of employees , i see director level employees even resign in few months before probation.

Work-life. Balance is good, you have a good relationship with your peers. Managers do support you

Salary structure is very very poor. No salaray increment for old employees but new employee with less experience and less knowledge are hired with higher package which creates instability in a team

Capgemini has some excellent leaders. It shapes you not just for your career but also to be a better person.

Growth and salary issues. Only verbal and email recognition is not enough. Better pay can be a motivation to keep the long timer who is still working hard and smart associated with the organisation.

Capgemini is one of the service based company to work with latest technologies and multiple domains which includes Automobile, Finance etc. You get a great exposure to different roles and responsibilities making you a good architect or manager depending on your choices.

I have liked the company , but sometimes increments are the issue if you are in higher pay scale.
