Dislikes

Production is a joke here. Interns and 7 months freshers have access to production accounts and data. No WFH in an IT department, in an IT department. Whole company has wfh, even managers have wfh but people who deserve the most have to come to office. Although if you are working late or are ill and if you beg over email they might consider wfh but only if you are on senior level. No respect for employees.

If you are new to the Airline industry you can learn lot of new things. Good for freshers.

Dislikes

... appraisal no two way cab facilities, no bonus, there no allowance of any kind. No salary as per designation.

Agile environment, because of startup. So one can always learn anything they want and wish for by themselves. There is no blocker in learning what's happening around you and in other departments. If are master of your own skill, you could balance your work smartly and live life according to your time management.

Its customer centric, may be because its a startup and focusing more on business improvements and stability. However the company is getting there gradually. Could take a decade if one wants to see the expected things around.

1. Good and helpful peers. 2. Decent opportunity to learn things for freshers

Dislikes

1. Bad culture overall 2. No flexibility and wfh 3. No learning after a certain point. It's overtly repetitive. 4. Bad timelines for work. No value for proper technical ability and quality of work. All they want is fast and crude work. They want mindless plumbers and not a good enginner.
