1. The office space is a major let down. Poorly maintained and uninspiring, it fails to foster productivity. Even Gov. office look better managed. 2. Resecures are poorly allocated, leaving terms scrambling to make things work. The lack of organization puts unnecessary pressure on employees. 3. Management attention is focused on oneproject at a time - some critical projects ones to suffer. This leads to inefficiencies and last-minute chaos. 4.Late nights are the norm, with employes often staying past 10pm, Even after leaving the office, you are expected to WFH. DAYS OF LEVING ON TIME ARE RARE, making burnout inevitable. 5.HR sells a dream of "Chill office culture and flexibility", but the reality is starkly different. 6. If you are a designer, prepare to babysit other teams like 3D, costing, procurement & PM. Their lack of expertise means you'll spend more time handholding than focusing on your core work. 7. Yes, Zyeta offers competitive pay and impressive design approaches. But at what cost? the lack of Worklife balance, poor management and overall inefficiency makes this a tough environment. Worst work management, no transparency in work, There will be no person life left after joining, They don’t care about employee well-being, Un realistic timelines, They will say that they are very flexible and chill, but they are not, they will micromanage everything, You have to be available to them 24x7 no personal life no weekends no leave policy.
