Objective :

As a Zoho Development Manager, you'll design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Zoho low code platform to enhance user experiences, streamline operations, and boost business growth.

Key Quests :

- Develop and customize Zoho Creator applications; integrate these within the Zoho ecosystem (Projects, Sprint, Desk, People, Payroll, Books, Invoicing, CRM).

- Translate business requirements into functional applications and system integrations.

- Design user interfaces and workflows; create high-fidelity mock-ups and design assets.

- Maintain documentation through ER models and flow diagrams; define test specifications; automate testing.

- Develop API connections and automation scripts to optimize business processes and ensure data synchronization.

- Participate in daily stand-ups; provide project updates and identify roadblocks.

- Manage data migration, security, and integrity within Zoho applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug and enhance application functionality.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

- Deploy applications to various platforms, including cloud environments.

Our Dream Team Member Possesses :

- Minimum 3 years in Zoho application development, customization, and integration.

- Expertise in Deluge is a must with knowledge of ZOHO applications and the ZOHO ONE platform; and experience with API integrations.

- Experience in UX design, agile methodologies, and tools like Figma, Asana, or Jira.

- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with cloud-based architectures and web services.

- Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Relevant Zoho certifications.
