We are looking for an in-house CRM Admin who will wholly own the Zoho Platform and all the applications we subscribe to,
Responsibilities :
- Working independently in a small team
- Troubleshoot and resolve any kind of issues
- Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop solutions
- Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives
- Help with ideas to improve existing automation processes
Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ZOHO Applications (configuration, customization, administration and reporting)
- Knowledge on Deluge (ZOHO Language) and REST API Integrations will be desired
- Basic Knowledge in PHP and JS is a plus
- Zoho certification is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and system
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and a logical & smart approach to work
- A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.
