Key Responsibilities :

- Zoho CRM Customization and Development: Design and develop custom solutions using Zoho CRM Plus, including configuration, customization, administration, and reporting.

- Implement API integrations to connect Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications and third-party services, managing data flows between systems.

- Manage project quality and ensure timely delivery of CRM solutions, adapting to fast-paced environments and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on CRM solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CRM systems, addressing technical issues and implementing necessary updates.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Zoho technologies.

Qualifications :

- 0-5 + years of experience in Zoho CRM development.

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, REST API integrations, and programming languages such as PHP and JavaScript.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to work.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Experience with other Zoho applications like Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Sales IQ, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Expenses, and Zoho People is a plus.
