Transformhub - Risk Analyst (3-5 yrs)

Experience Bracket :

- 3 years of relevant risk management experience, with specialization in at least two (2) of the following risk disciplines: enterprise, non-financial, operational or ICS.

Position Overview:

- The Ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks, policies, standards, baselines, and procedures to effectively manage and mitigate risk within the organization.

- As a Risk Analyst, the candidate will play a key role in identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and ensuring that risk management processes are properly executed to safeguard the company's operations and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks, including policies, standards, baselines, and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential risks.

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to reduce the impact of identified risks.

- Prepare clear and concise risk reports and documentation, highlighting the status of identified risks, the effectiveness of existing controls, and recommendations for improvements.

- Regularly monitor risk management activities, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and identifying any emerging risks.

- Act as an advisor to business leaders and departments, providing guidance on risk management best practices and assisting in the development of risk response strategies.

- Stay up to date with emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends to continually refine risk management practices.

- Keen eye on details and discipline to follow through tasks to completion.

- Excellent communication skills in English (in oral and written form).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment displaying a good conceptual understanding, practical thinking and implementation skills.
