- As a rapidly growing workplace design and build firm, we're looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to elevate our brand presence and lead generation through strategic ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid ad campaigns focused on B2B decision-makers and driving quality leads to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build B2B-specific campaigns, audience segments, and keyword strategies aligned with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Set up and manage ad funnels: awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Implement conversion tracking, remarketing strategies, and A/B testing.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and competitor activities.
- Recommend and manage ad budgets efficiently for maximum output.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (35 years) in B2B paid advertising, specifically LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel strategy, and audience behavior.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, UTM tagging, and CRM integrations.
- Experience in A/B testing, campaign performance reporting, and optimization strategies.
- Creative eye for ad copies and ability to coordinate with design and content teams.
- Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
