Flexibility in terms of working location, People so far have been good to work with

Working hours are too much- Can expect minimum of 11-12 hours on a regular basis, Pay and growth is not too much in the long run, promotions are all politics dependant and usually can expect in a minimum of 2.5 years

- Collaborative Environment - Competitive compensation and good appraisals (Minimum: double digit percentage for average performing employees as well) - Consulting flavour with client facing roles

- Poor Work life balance - Limited tech stack - Favoritism and politics at higher level (almost common for all corporates and not just limited to ZS)

Work-life balance is very poor. A normal day starts at 11 AM (Morning) and ends up at 1 AM (Night). Company's culture is bottoms up (Mostly driven according to the Teams) rather being driven from the Top and therefore lacs Transparency

The work culture is worse here. Manager give KT and says I have done my work and now it's your responsibility to handle the entire work. No support is provide and job security is a nightmare.Manager pressurize every now and then for work.

Force people out of the blue into PIP, no clear metrics provided , no feedback , just asked to leave. ' Treat people right' is the biggest irony . Politics entrenched in the DNA of the leadership here . Worst firm to be at , specially for lateral hires.

They have people from Amity and lower grade college. One of the director is in Supply chain team and she had done her graduation in Hospital management. You will find people with no talent. Strict No, don’t join. If joining, always go for some pharma team there. Say No to any other specially ATC team.

Treating people like an option 8nstead of treating them right, providing opportunities to grow. If you are not in the good list, and if you don't have any support. You won't be able to climb the career ladder. You will be just stuck and possibly start looking opportunities outside like most of the people who have already left or are leaving soon.

Toxic work culture and bad work life balance. Incompetent Managers and Directors. No planning what's so ever. Always rushing to develop thing and then to discard. Service based mindset cannot make a product based company. PIPs and layoffs To reduce cost. Laterals are not welcomed. Pathetic tools and review process.

Limited growth opportunities: Lateral hires don't have any growth opportunities. Only home grown can grow in that environment. Hire and fire : ZS works on hire and fire principle, infact now as well they are hiring at a very fast pace at the same time the leadership is planning to cut 35% Associates that too from the current status.Leadership without any vision : It seems like the vision is not clear to them, whether they want to be product based company (with Zaidyn) or a pharma consulting company with 80% Pharma clients or just a consulting company. The work and team culture is getting worse; projects are being sold at overestimated margins putting an entire burden on consultants and managers
