1. Work Life balance is beyond terrible. While it is generally expected that WLB in consulting is not great, ZS has managed to set a new gold standard for how bad it can get. 2. People don't respect each other and egos run high. 3. Culture is extremely toxic, don't be surprised if some randon dude comes and shouts at you on your first day. 4.
