No Issues with job Security, Work Culture is not good you need work like machines, Management is supportive and lot of politics happen especially in Delhi office. Company Policies are good.

Dislikes

Long working hours and majorly development is done by Associates which have very less experience, seniors only do management without having much knowledge on the projects. People assigned on multiple projects also cause issue in work life balance.

Lack of technical knowledge among management. Poor resource and timelines planning. Put unnecessary work pressure on employees due to mismanagement and made them to work for at least 12 hours daily.

There is a good job security in ZS. Firing is done very rarely in case someone does not follow ZS values and professionalism. On-site travel and transfer is there but is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Compensation and benefits are better compared to other IT and management consulting firms.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but career growth is slower than what is used to be 2 years back. There are few exceptions to it, but in general it has become slow with increased employee strength. The work pressure is very high especially at Associate and Associate Consultant levels. Sometimes, people have to work 12-14 hours in a day due to crunched timelines. Office politics has prominent
