As working with zong it has been observed that no job security and also no any chance to permanent hiring as well no growth I worked for seven years but no any promotion no increment policy and remain same position since couple of years. That's why I leave and join another company.

Work load increasing without any compensation, I am getting same salary while one technology 2G in operation and same on 3G and 4G. also decrease overtime and other incentives.

I worked as Seniro Technical Officer in South-II Sukkur Region and reported to Manager Mr. Mateen Ahmed Shah very kind personalty who also served for zong but he was terminated without any reason.
