Firstly they'll hire you then they'll fire you. Without even proper training and guidance they expect from an employee to be expert. Staff is so rude no manners to talk!

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
