No work life balance Overload of work Manager remain on WFH but want his team to come to the office everyday which is really disgusting Manager and one senior who doesn't deserve to be a team lead and he is not even a TL plays strong politics and due to which it impacts on our progress. Politics are at it's peak. CEO don't have anidea or he might have an idea but don't schedule one on one meet with the team members of different departments. He needs to tak out some time to discuss with each person about the inside story that is going on. CEO ask team loudly "Ask me anything" in front of whole office. Now think how could a person ask genuine questions related to the office politics people are suffering from. Please think twice before applying here.
