Nothing as of now in working perspective.. no life balance, no work from home, no job security... No good appraisal even though you have multiple appreciation mails... No one higher priority is ready to listen and help.

Dislikes

Everything as I mentioned earlier.. Got hired for different designation and they moved to different profile. Not following policy.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
