I have been working at Zensar for the last 5 years and it has been a good experience so far. Zensar's work life balance make it different from other MNCs. The work flexibility and the option to choose WFH are giving me enough time to spend with my family. The team managers are good, and no excess pressure is given to us. I also likethe work environment at Zensar, it is calm and peaceful. Zensar has a good cafeteria where we can spend our break time. I like the Zensar work culture, and the team mates are friendly. Zensar technology's salaries are okay and we are getting many work benefits including a company laptop. The best part of Zensar is the learning opportunities through working on the latest technologies, training workshops, and other onsite opportunities. I like the work culture, amenities available, and the flexibility that Zensar provides. People are really friendly, and I like the work-life balance at Zensar. Moreover I like the projects that I am working on. We are currently working on a project related to data modeling through Cassandra. I have been given a lot of opportunities to learn new skills.
