Have you ever seen your colleagues being thrown out of the organization even after a good performance. That too with 2 days notice? It's like a horror movie. This is what happens in this organization. And mind it, this is not exceptional, this is normal here. This company is only for 4/5 persons. They are closest to the CEO.
