It's a start up company. As they are very little job opportunities in vizag I had to choose Zcs because of the salary, for the incentives and moreover it is in my home town. Within 3 months I got promoted as a team leader from which we can know that they are appraisals for the work we do. For the start to the last I found my team mates to be friendly. There is nothing like I dislike about Zcs. But one thing is that there is no security for the job which I doubted from the starting day of my work as it is a start up company. Manager there favours to the person whom he is interested in.

Work Details

Speaking about my job were I need to interact with the people to convince them to accept with us. Like we need to call to the customers as it is an outbound process and speak with them to get the sale.
