I didn't like much about YT Solutions , job Security In this is the company is not so good they can fire at any point of time by giving a letter of non-performance. Salary Perks in this company is very low as they gave increment up to Rs.500-1000 to any of the employees.

Dislikes

Don't go to this company as a fresher because they don't provide any training related to companies technologies. And They don't upgrade themselves. The company budget is very low for feeding the employees and technologies are also of outdated version. These companies play too much of the politics if the any employee of the company having any medical problem, taking a day off, & also while exiting the company the don't give documents harassing the candidate changing the company policies at any point of time. As an intern, if anyone joins this company they are giving 2k-3k as their salary and in my opinion which is not good..Because of this reason any employee in this company is not able to survive more than 3-6 months or 1 year....Read More
