Only some junior old employees better to communicate.

Dislikes

The management with the MD and all are corrupted because main CEO doses not know what happened here.CEO and all senior korean are work in Korea only few are working here. And mainly your coming time is fix but when you go that they decided even many person work 36 hours continue in over time.. Very depressed place to work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
