I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Well they support better then other during pandemic situation. They gave a fix amount of salary to all employees.

Dislikes

Every thing is good, but when I (as a project engineer) want to go to home to meet family, to celebrate occasion, to attend a wedding of someone close, it's a little bit difficult to go there due to sudden load of work and etc. Other wise all is well😊.
