Dislikes

No job security, firing the resource is their feature. They don't know about the skill development. One kind of domestic entity behaviour, lot of politics. No onsight for the right candidate, one people who can influence they will get all the facilities.

Fired with internal politics basically the escalation will be for higher authority. For the lower level and associate level people will be victims for their cin.
