I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.

We can learn a lot of things if we are pro-active. Less pressure. No firing. Job is very secure. I joined as Oracle Apps technical consultant (fresher). work period with Yash is 3 Years. The team and hr were always positive. Mostly all the reporting managers are good and flexible. There is good encouragement for games and other cultural activities. Flexible working hours: weekly 45 hours.

Dislikes

Majorly projects are for SAP ,So mostly there are SAP consultants. Other technologies are good with small projects and teams.

Work Details

I joined as Oracle Apps technical consultant (fresher). I had a good chance to learn Oracle ADF. The team is having OBIEE, ODI,SOA,DBA,Oracle technical and Functional consultants. The team is supportive.
