No personal growth as people are working here for long terms 14-12 years and new employees don't stay here for more than 2-3 years as in search of personal and professional goals. Management is biased but hidden, there is no correct plan of action on any project. They can change any plans at any point of times. Delays in incentive is normal. It's just the people to connect with. That too your immediate colleagues. Higher ups are good for nothing.

Dislikes

Biasness, no credit for your work, always blaming and pushing their mistakes on sub ordinates. No Recognition, no promotion unless you are ceo's favorite. People with no skillset are on top just because they pamper.
