Pathetic Lala Company. They say that they want to create MNC culture in this start up but everyday policies are getting changed as per mood of management. So many people are getting fired without any notice for any silly reasons or without reason. HR calls employee while leaving home and inform that you are fired do not come from tomorrow meanwhile IT people take his laptop in their custody without any information. Thgey dont pay FNF to any employees who have resigned or to whom they have fired. They want fancy people who are not working but doing everyday fancy dress competition. All performing employees have already left this company. Within a month more than 25 employees are resigning. Mental harrasment is the main reason behind leaving people. They dont value employees . Everyday employees get dialogues from management like we dont care whether you stay or leave we will get new ones easily in your replacements. Entire team left. all new employees are coming and going and clueless about the process. You will Spoil your carrier If join exportify. Micromanagement at next level. They will try every possible way to cut down your salary every month. Cheaper thing is no dustbins and tissues are provided in any washrooms saying that its waste of money. Everyday management will ask you that who will pay for the coffee which you have in office everyday. People have stopped drinking tea coffee also they go down on street and buy tea coffee for themselves with own money instead of listening to such nonsense. Job security is zero.
