Dislikes

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.

Good pay compared to other service based organisation.

Dislikes

After take over by Chris capital, it's more like other service based organisation. Notice period is increased from 60 days to 90 days. Management always look for cost cutting options which impacts employee leaves and annual increment.

As I have joined 15 days back only, I would say the onboarding process is smooth, the connect with managers and colleagues are welcoming and warming. You will get the feel that you are at correct place since day 1. Will share the thoughts after couple of months on other areas.
