So I'm telling the REALITY OF XORIANT. They hire people, waste their time for 4-5 months on training, put them on bench and tell them that they have no projects. RMG or TMG team is sense-less. They give you chances that is not related to your training skills set. They offer a Java project to an employee who is trained in python. Then they fire you telling that we don't have projects!! Even they hired a big batch and didn't give their offer letter for months. This is the reality. And they don't have projects. So it's useless to come here specially if you are a fresher. You will not learn anything here. And they will just ruined your time....Read More

There are zero pros, if you recieve regular communication from HR, your manager consider yourself lucky.

Not Everything but pretty much everything is wrong here specially the HR, RMG team they dont even care who is having what skill set or who is working on some project but if you try to let them know they will lecture you on attiquets, a person of from top management didn't even knows how to put a certain batch to proper use, they will simply let yourself idle for months, You will not have any communication from HRs because they are too busy in there day to day activities like modeling in office, Celebrating some xyz stuff which is for their sole entertainment purposes only, chating in canteen etc, you will not be scheduled any interview you have to continuously remind them about you are on bench, and even if you got one Surprise !!! you are now doing UX even if you belong to a backend profile, they will not even think about optimization of resources, they just wanna make you billed, i saw around 60+ ppls from my batch 80% of batch i think, after 10 months of joining and with zero interviews they all are not suitable and had to resign, and guess what if you take a stand either they make you resign or insult you in meetings only because of some really hard working engineers this company is functioning...Read More

Flexible timing and salary are the only things that is good in Xoriant. Also, Tech people are good here. Managers, Tech teams, xornet team

Dislikes

Firstly, NO JOB SECURITY. They can lay you off even without giving any chance to work!! Not just that, they will blame you for it. Secondly, No learning or growth for freshers. They will tell you to wait for project and then fire you. Thirdly, TMG team seniors and HRs are rude here, talk rudely with everyone.

Nothing. This company is a FRAUD. I was placed in this company in 2021. This company is expert in doing fake promises & baseless assurance. After one complete year of fake assurances of joining & all fake ethics, at the last moment company denied our joining. What you got ultimately is the loss of 1 of the most important year in ourearly industrial days. The management of this company is worst. There is absolutely no co-ordination among their staff. The work culture in Xoriant is very good. they have lots of activities going on all the time for their employees happiness & also the extra curricular activities take part in this company. so you don't get tired of working without getting any refreshment. you feel motivated all the time, training sessions are good.

easy onboarding process, friendly and supportive colleages. i got an oppurtunity to work on both manual and automation(API , UI) testing in my project period, my lead and manager very supportive, they will tell openly where i can push/pick my technical skills, team is very good they will share and explain complex problems openly in the scrum meetings, proudly i can say everyone in xoriant should deserve this kind of manger (Lady Boss:), she is very talented with right leadership skills....Read More
