Dominating HR They can shift you to any process irrespective of your growth plan or learnings, 3 month you will be working in pre risk other month you would be doing cold calling (sales pitching). They don’t care about your willingness in the name of business requirement they can make you do shifts for 12 hours, Weekend working, after shift homework assignments.
