There is no work life balance.. No growth and opportunities. You will basically do the same thing for years and years which also does not require too much practical knowledge. Basically the job can be done by a 12 passout.. However they will hire MBA graduates lure them with extra salary and will treat you like a slave. The only thing which I disliked about this company is the timing. During my joining I was told that my shift would be of a night shift. But, my shift time was changed 3-4 times. It is very difficult to adjust during night shifts. It would be of great help, if the timing remains constant.
