Pathetic work culture.. only sticking to following a checklist.. human errors are documented on a platform for no reason. The most dum thing they hire people on the floor to check if ur talking to each other. Expectation was to work in silence like a school. How dumb can people be.. interaction is the core value of any good team.. even if it's off work.

Everything, They force their employees to even work on weekends against their will. HR calls them and gives warning they don't even realise that other person is sleeping or must be busy,they don't even care about the time and importance of employees. Ungrateful management. thank God I quit the company

This is pathetic ,they run a scheme they offer you ctc and pay u for training salary and main part of ctc is incentive which they caption as "MPI &OPI" thats the biggest way they make you fool 2.They dont care of your domain may be you will be hired for financial analyst but due to company requirements you may forced to change domain such as : Hr, voice call, mail answering or much worst then that 3.There is one guard who roams around the working area and note down names for crimes like :talking to next person,found sleepy/inactive (not actually sleep) 4.No job security any foolish rule like :talking to next person or not feeling feel so feeling inactive ,you are directly fired You can not even laugh or interact Many of us for months don't know name of the person who is next to us Never ever go for this one If you feel joining this please comment your name with mobile no I will contact you and help you with more insights...Read More

They play the game of hire and fire with the careers of their employee. Every Tuesday they hire employees. If you have a good fortune then you may not get fired but survival in this company is again no less than a thing of misfortune. They set unrealistic production goals and expects you to complete them in 8 hours which is not possible. You will have to stretch your shift daily and not just that you will have to give them the report of each and every minute you spent in a daily status report. The most annoying thing about this organization is is that they do not value their employees, HR rules over everything. Right to speak is everything that an Indian holds but you cannot speak to your fellow college or anybody while you are in the office. Guards roam around and monitor your every move. If you are caught talking, HR action will be taken with a warning letter. You cannot bring your cell phone. They ask you to keep it in the locker, so in case if there is a family emergency, you will get to know about it either in the break or after your shift. The work culture is so pathetic that you will feel like you have been punished for something. They fired an employee just because he carried a cell phone which was on switch off mode in is pocket. His mistake was he forgot to keep the phone in the locker. That person got fired for breaking this HR policy. If you badly need a job, then join this and leave the company at the right time otherwise do not join this company at all. I hope they make their policies flexible....Read More
