They will torture you like hell. They will increase your package and won’t pay you till one year and then reduce it again worst mistake of my like is to join this organisation

Dislikes

Culture, Attitude of Hr, fake promises of salary hike, exaggerated packages they will just exaggerate it and will not even pay half of the package.

I used to like the incentives they used to give but now they have stopped it. Do not join the company if you want to spoil your career.

1) No job satisfaction at all, the company does not thinks about it employees growth at all. 2) There used to be increment before but now they have stopped it and started with cost cutting....so here is the point not to join. 3) No growth at all, I am working with the same team from last 3 days without any increment and I am unable to switch my job as the job profile is bad not accepted in any other organization. Donot join this company as there is ni job security and professional growth...Also they have kept guards who used to watch and note your name if you are found talking to your colleague during your work..After they will give you warning letter ,salary cut
