Likes

Opportunity to learn is vast, as it is startup, we have to implement things in all areas. I joined knowing basics of Js, now I have worked in node js, Mongo db, MySql, several AWS services and more. I was able to trial and error and learn things first hand without anyone restricting me.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Lack of seniors is a concern, as we will have to learn everything from scratch. No appraisal cycle at all.

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad
